MailSnare Help Central .: Announcements .: New Help Central!

New Help Central!

Based on feedback from our customers, we are excited to announce the release of our new "Help Central" consisting of a knowledge base of frequently asked questions as well as user submitted comments and suggestions.

This new support system will replace both the online forum and legacy support pages. By consolidating this information into a single source, it will expedite searches for resolution to most questions. It will also allow us to better prioritize customer support inquiries and share new information with the MailSnare community more efficiently.

The new "articles" approach will allow for customers to rank content and add personal comments associated with the main topic. We believe this will improve the organization of subject criteria and greatly contribute to a more focused topic than a traditional forum.

Customers can use the "Contact Us" link or email us directly at support@mailsnare.net with any questions or concerns that may not be included at the present time.

Thank you again for choosing MailSnare and we are committed to bringing new and improved service for our customers. If you have any feedback regarding the new Help Central, please feel free to contact us.

Regards,
MailSnare Customer Support

Nice help system but not an open forum
I have to admit I am a bit dismayed that in response to the harsh comments about mailsnare's perceived issues with service and support on the user open forums that Mailsnare has decided to simply close the forum. There is no substitute for an open forum if it is properly moderated. I suppose Allen just didnt have the time to devote to it anymore. Well I will see how this works. It looks like it took some good effort to put this together and it looks nice at first glance.

I too am somewhat disappointed that the Forum was suddenly withdrawn without any warning, particularly in the light of Allan's desire to communicate better with users. Nevertheless, the new support system seems well thoughout and clearly took up a great deal of time and work as well as being visually professional.

I like it!
This looks great!

I hope this represents a rejuvenation of Mailsnare and a taste of great things to come!

Streamlined System
This is a surprise to say the least but I think it's ok. If it helps improve response time to customer inquiries, so much the better.

Help Central is Better than...
....[edit] and moan central. The forums were turning into a major whine-fest. There's a difference between discussing a perceived problem and trashing the service in the forum. This is especially true if MS wasn't even afforded an opportunity to fix the problem.

Miss the forum
I quite miss the forum. Granted there were a few groaners/moaners... mod them out unless the issue is a legitimate one.

Nice!
I too will miss the forums. While they were fun, this new system seems like it will work better for actual *support.* Looking forward to what the future holds!
